Mark’s experience includes a wide variety of industries and clients, including healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods, telecommunications, financial services and insurance; including Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal Employees Program, Novartis Pharmaceutical, Partners HealthCare, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, AT&T, Procter & Gamble, Bank of America, Liberty Mutual, Dunkin’ Donuts, General Motors, SiriusXM Radio, and International Hotel Group.
Mark has been certified on the Java Platform, Enterprise Edition at Sun Microsystems, certified as a Scrum Master of the Agile Scrum framework with Ken Sutherland, and studied music theory, composition, and performance at the Musicians Institute.
