Our Work
We prioritize equity, diversity, and inclusion by promoting equitable access to digital health for children. In our Digital Health work and Innovation Accelerator we strive to track, address, and advocate for policies and practices that help reduce access disparities.
Our Culture
EDI is imperative to Boston Children’s and our team culture. For example, we have facilitated discussions and seminars about racism and health equity. We provide learning opportunities on EDI related topics such as unconscious bias.
