Chief Digital Transformation Officer, VP Strategy

Jean Mixer is the Chief Digital Transformation Officer and VP, Strategy. She brings 25+ years of experience across the health care industry in developing winning strategies, business development, and new business launch. She launched and ran her own company for 8 years. She was formerly a partner at the Boston Consulting Group, a leading strategy consulting firm where she worked for over a decade. She served on the Board of Directors of two public companies, including a $2B high-growth medical technology company.

In her 25+ years of experience, she has worked broadly across sectors. In health care, she has worked across the restructuring health care value chain including working with leading academic medical centers, integrated health care delivery networks, payers, pharmaceuticals, pharmacy/PBMS and medical devices. In addition she led accelerator and new business launch teams in e-commerce in consumer retail and financial services. She developed the strategy and launch plans for two businesses which are now $1B in size.

She has a Master’s degree in Management from the Kellogg School of Management and a BS from Boston College.
