Jennifer Magaziner

Jen Magaziner is the Vice President of Digital Health at Boston Children’s Hospital. In this role, she works with leaders across the enterprise to determine how digital solutions can support and enhance our care offerings across the patient journey, from remote to in-person care.

Jen spent two years as Director of Network Strategy here at Boston Children’s, where she provided enterprise strategy support and managed affiliations with employers, payers and other providers. Previously, Jen was a consultant in PwC’s Healthcare Services M&A practice, where she worked on a range of projects, from payer-provider joint ventures to IT-enabled population health management strategies. Jen has also worked at New York Presbyterian Hospital and Public Health Solutions. She began her career in global health and development at the Clinton Health Access Initiative.

Jen holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MPH from Columbia Mailman School of Public Health and a dual BA in International Relations and French from Brown University.

Favorite Innovation

The use of mobile phone applications to empower health care workers in developing regions, and the resulting ability to expand access to primary and pre and postnatal care in remote areas. Still dreaming of hacking the breast pump so that it is an innovation worth discussing.
