Program Manager

Leila is a program manager at Boston Children’s Hospital Innovation and Digital Health Accelerator (IDHA). She helps coordinate the finance and operations for the IDHA team. Leila considers herself one of many links to outside resources for potential partnerships, sponsorships and funding, as well as the social network. She helps provide tools to help stimulate innovation within the Boston Children’s Hospital community by coordinating various events such as the Boston Children’s Hackathon, Caffinnovate, and Prodigy Bar.

Prior to joining the IDHA team in 2015, Leila was a program coordinator to John Brownstein’s Research team at the Computational Epidemiology Group – Informatics Program. She provided all finance and operational support for the team.

Leila received her BA in Management from Emmanuel College and a MBA in Innovation, Strategy & Organization at WHU, Koblenz, Germany.
